Hi, my name is Jordan. A couple of years ago, my kidneys failed overnight. I went from being healthy and fit to being told that without a kidney transplant, I only had a couple years to live. With my time running out, my parents thankfully heard about End the Wait Foundation, which is making a film to inspire people to become live kidney donors at their fundraisers and on social media.
End the Wait has also made people aware of my situation, and then just last month a miracle happened. A total stranger stepped up and donated their kidney to me. I’m so grateful to my donor for giving me the rest of my life back, but there are still 100,000 people in our country fighting for theirs.
