Dean Cain Joins End the Wait as Star & Producer
Dean Cain will reprise his role as Randy Simpkins in the upcoming film “End the Wait.” He will also serve as a producer of the movie. Dean first portrayed Randy in the inspirational true story “The Way Home,” which was released by Lionsgate in 2010.
“End the Wait” is also a true story about the miraculous events that brought two families together to save a life. The goal of the film is to uplift, unify and inspire people to become live kidney donors — saving 100,000 lives in the process.
Dean is a multi-faceted, Emmy-winning filmmaker and actor. He starred as Clark Kent/Superman in “Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman” (4 seasons), produced and hosted “Ripley’s Believe It Or Not” (4 seasons) and has made close to 200 films, including “Out of Time” “The Broken Hearts Club” God’s Not Dead” “Vendetta” “Gosnell” “The Way Home” and the soon-to-be released, “Little Angels” (which he wrote, produced, directed, and starred-in).
You may have seen him co-hosting THE TODAY SHOW, or FOX AND FRIENDS in-between his numerous film and television projects. He is currently hosting season 9 of “Masters of Illusion” for the CW, and season 3 of The Christmas Caroler Challenge.
A strong believer in Human Rights, Dean received the prestigious ORDER OF ARMENIA for producing the anti-Genocide documentary film, ARCHITECTS OF DENIAL. Dean’s newest documentary, HATE AMONG US, recently won an Emmy. HATE AMONG US, shines a light on the current rise of anti-Semitism throughout the United States and Europe.
